Covid-19: Italians increasingly stressed

Anxiety, insomnia and growing malaise, this is what emerges from the latest data of the "stress meter", created by Istituto Piepoli for the National Council of Psychologists.

Fear and uncertainty weigh on Italians. Almost 1 out of 2 calls themself stressed (42%), while 24% have sleep disturbances, irritability 22%, depressed mood 18%, eating problems 10%. There is not any lack of relationship conflicts for 7%, couples with 4% and children with 3%. We are faced with a health emergency that has also led to a psychological emergency and that must be addressed as such.
