Livio Gigliuto, Vice President at Istituto Piepoli, interviewed by Adnkronos, takes up comments on a survey by Istituto Piepoli on Public Opinion approval of European Super League.
“From an Istituto Piepoli survey, completed yesterday afternoon, before the British reactions, it emerges what is generally felt in the air, but it is clearly seen that there is not such an evident gap between favorable and adverse”, said Livio Gigliuto, Vice President at Istituto Piepoli, to Adnkronos. The research shows 45% were against and 36% were in favor: “negativity certainly prevails, but not by that much”, Gigliuto points out. An interesting fact, however, is the diversity of opinions within the supporters of the three clubs that promoted the idea: “a large majority, over 60%, is found among the Juventus fans”, while “the least approval is among the Inter fans, under 50%. In the middle – concludes Gigliuto – Milan supporters, around 53% “.
