Graduated in Psychology in 2008 from the University of Turin, she specialized in qualitative social and market research methods with a two-year master’s degree at the Catholic University of Milan. After working as a contract professor at the University of Valle d’Aosta, since 2012 she has been collaborating as a consultant for KKienn, Nielsen, and other research institutes. In March 2024, she joined Istituto Piepoli as a Senior Qualitative Researcher. She has developed extensive expertise in the retail, banking, tourism, and territorial policy sectors.
